Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of livegaminghub.com and any advertising tools operated by Live Gaming Hub, LLC, registered at 3659 S Miami Ave # 6003, Miami, FL 33133, USA. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Live Gaming Hub develops mobile games and operates tooling that creates, publishes and reports on advertising campaigns for advertisers who explicitly authorize us to act on their accounts.

We act only within the scopes an account owner has granted, and only on accounts connected through the relevant platform's official OAuth flow.

You must own, or be authorized to administer, any advertising account you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the campaign settings and creative assets you supply.

You may disconnect an account at any time. Disconnection revokes our access and deletes the stored credentials.

Our TikTok integration is operated in compliance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, TikTok's Advertising Policies and TikTok's Developer Data Use policies. The same commitment applies to every other advertising platform we integrate with.

Your use of any connected platform through our tools is also subject to that platform's own terms and advertising policies. Where a platform's terms conflict with ours, the platform's terms prevail for that platform's data.

You may not use our services to run unlawful, deceptive, infringing or otherwise prohibited advertising, or to circumvent the policies of any advertising platform.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, and you may not use our access to a platform for any purpose other than managing your own campaigns.

Live Gaming Hub retains all rights to its games, software, branding and site content. You retain all rights to the creative assets and campaign data you supply, and grant us the limited licence needed to upload and manage them on your behalf.

Advertising spend is billed to you directly by the advertising platform. Any fees for our services are agreed separately in writing.

The services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any particular advertising outcome, delivery volume or platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Gaming Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost advertising spend.

Either party may stop using or providing the services at any time. We may suspend access where use breaches these terms or a platform's policies.
